If you're not completely satisfied with your tea, please contact us, and one of our Tea Specialists will be happy to help. There are many ways to prepare and enjoy tea, so our first priority is to guide you through tea preparation to enhance your experience. If you still wish to return your tea, we have separate policies for opened and unopened products. 

Please note that sample bags are the only items that cannot be returned. If a return is initiated without notification, Full Gaucho Direct cannot guarantee a refund.

For unopened tea, reach out to us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label to return the product. You will be responsible for packaging the product back up safely (we recommend you keep the original packaging the product was sent in for ease of return). Once we receive the returned product and verify it hasn’t been opened or used, we will initiate a refund for the product cost minus the return shipping charge ($4.95).

For opened tea, reach out to us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label to return the product ($4.95 cost) or you can opt to purchase you own return label at your post office. You will be responsible for packaging the product back up safely and all returns must be in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate a refund for the product cost of the order minus the return shipping charge ($4.95) AND either a 25% disposal fee for return to original form of payment OR 15% disposal fee for store credit. All returns must be authorized by Gaucho Direct prior to being sent back. If a return is initiated without notification, Gaucho Direct cannot guarantee a refund.
